Join St. Paul's Youth Choirs

Sing with the St. Paul’s Choristers! - Children and Youth from 3rd Grade through High School are invited to join the St. Paul’s Choristers this autumn. Choristers rehearse on Tuesday and/or Wednesday evenings (beginning on August 29/30), and sing at the 9 am Sunday service each week during the Program Year.

Tuesday rehearsals are held from 5:15 - 6:45 pm each week; Wednesday rehearsals go from 5:30 - 7:10 pm each week and are also preceded by a dinner at 5:00pm.

In addition to leading the music each Sunday at the 9:00 Eucharist, Choristers receive thorough instruction in both musicianship and Church citizenship through the Royal School of Church Music Voice for Life training program. We also sing special services through the year, including Choral Evensong and music for Advent, Christmas, and Holy Week; and twice each year we take a weekend retreat that combines community fellowship with in-depth music making. There are also opportunities for summer choir camps and other combined-choir festivals during the year.

Sing with the St. Paul’s Novice Choir - Children in 1st & 2nd Grade are invited to join the Novice Choir this autumn. Novices rehearse on Tuesday and/or Wednesday afternoons from 4:30 - 5 pm (beginning on Sept. 5/6), and participate in the 9 am Sunday service each week beginning after Labor Day. Novices learn the fundamentals of music-making, and also explore what it means to be a leader in worship through singing.
